Specification：

1.The outside diameter of slitting blade is 260 mm (round thin blade);

2.The outside diameter of scoring wheel is 190 mm;

3.The minimum slitting width: 150 mm;

4.The minimum slitting distance: zero scoring structure;

5.The line speed of the slitting blade: 630-900 m/min;

6.High quality alloy steel thin blades are used for slitting, and an automatic blade sharpening device and automatic slitting blade cooling and lubricating system are installed;

7.Zero scoring mechanical structure: two sets of scoring wheels;

8.The order changeover for slitting and scoring adopts ball lead screws and nuts for transmission, so the mechanical precision is high, the rotation is flexible, the reverse gap is small, and the locating is accurate; the locating precision for slitting and scoring is ≤ ±0.5 mm;

9.The order changeover for slitting and scoring adopts a linear guide rail for guiding to offer high mechanical precision, stable guiding and accurate locating;

10.Deviation correction for lateral movement in the whole machine: lateral movement ±150 mm;

11.The score types include four combinations: convex-flat, convex-convex, convex-concave and convex-flat plate; they can be electrically changed over during production according to requirements. The convex-flat plate scoring gives no press mark on the face paper and it applies to full coverage printing;

12.The slitting blades and scoring wheels are driven with synchronous belts to offer low noise and stable rotation without vibration;

13.A paper-edge paper debris suction device is installed, and it can be adjusted synchronously with the slitting blades.
