Pre-heater

Pre-heaters are used to preheat the top sheets and corrugating medium during corrugated paperboard production while multi-heaters sitting in between the sizingmachine and over bridge tranission rack are used for the preheating of top sheets and single-faced paperboard from the previous process. The preheating of the top sheets provides suitable humidity which allows them to unravel.  

The vessel of the pre-heaters conform to national standards for class I pressure vessels;

The cylinders have oval end closure designs and can be upgraded to rotating cylinders with dynamic balance arrangements to allow for even heat distribution and ample thermal tranission, thereby reducing steam heat loss and prevent paper breakage;

The cylinders are directly coupled, providing high tranission efficiency and low mal rate.

Separable wallboard gives easy maintenance.

The double floating roller structure provides a nearly 360^o cornerite.

Floating roller chain tranission device is hidden within the case, offering more safety and reliability.
