Specification：

1.For the overhead bridge, the main beam is made of square steel #20, the secondary beam is made of square steel #14 and the upright columns and crossbeams are made of square steel #15;

2.There are safety guard rails, staircases and laid high-strength foot boards, and multiple sets of access ladders on both sides of the bridge to ensure operators’ safety and convenient operation; the foot boards and staircases are extra-wide type;

3.The surface of all belt pulley shafts and paper guide rollers is ground and plated with hard chromium;

4.The high-position glue barrels for paper mounting machine and pasting machine are installed on the bridge;

5.The diameter of steel pipe of the guard rails is Φ42 mm, the paper supporting channeled plates of the bridge are densely laid and 7 groups of paper supporting channeled plates are provided for 1.8 m paper width;

6.Closing plates are provided on three sides of the bridge and the foot boards are 2,750 mm from the floor;

7.A position for automatic splicer is reserved.
