Specification：

1.The machine adopts external-suction fingerless type design; the maximum mechanical speed is 120 m/min;

2.The diameter of the upper corrugating roller is 280 mm and that of the lower corrugating roller is 280 mm; the material of the upper and lower corrugating rollers is 48CrMo, treated with medium frequency, and with surface ground and chromium plated with a hardness of more than HRC58;

3.All bearings of the upper and lower corrugating rollers and pressure roller are lubricated with high-temperature lubricating grease;

4.The ascent and descent of the upper corrugating roller and pressure roller and the movement of the glue applicator are controlled pneumatically;

5.The surfaces of glue roller, doctor roller, pre-heating roller, and other paper guide rollers, etc. are ground, polished, and plated with hard chromium;

6.The diameter of the glue roller is 215 mm and the glue roller seat has a structure facilitating installation, removal and repair;

7.The glue amount is adjusted electrically, and the gap between the glue roller and the doctor roller can be adjusted electrically according to practical production situation;
