a complete PLY  includes the  machines such as: Hydraulic shaftless mill roll stand, paper pre-heater, auto splicer, single baker, convey bridge, mulit-preheater, and gluer machine, double facer line, N.C.slitter , cutter and ect.

raw paper roll is fed to the shaftless mill roll stand. after heated and moisture ajusted by the preheater cylinder, raw paper will go to the fixed tupe single facer, corrugated by it, and gluing together with another raw paper to become single faced corrugating sheet. then conveyed through the production line over head bridge, re-heated by mult-layer preheater, after glued by gluing machine, jointed by the double facer corrugator. then, continuous corrugating board comes out.

after slitting and scoring by N.C.slitter scorer and transverse cutting by helical cut off, corrugated board with different sizes are produced. at last, these different size corrugating board will be stacked, calculated and then sent out by the down stacker.

way of heating: by steam heating.
